Eligibility

Yes, businesses in all regions are eligible for grants, however priority will be given to interior and underserved regions.

No. To be eligible, the company must be registered with the National Register of Companies for at least one year before the date of submission.

Companies with a license under regime real (direct tax) and regime forfaitaire (flat-rate tax) are eligible for submission.

No. This opportunity is intended for companies registered in the National Register of Companies for at least one year. Please review the eligibility criteria on the site.

Program funds may not, under any circumstances, be used to finance activities likely to harm the environment or to cover items such as salaries, construction activities or investments in infrastructure, telecommunications or technological equipment, purchases and debts prior to the date of the grant as well as goods prohibited or subject to special restrictions. Licensed individuals are eligible. The license must be registered in the National Register of Companies for at least one year before the date of submission.

Can a 100% foreign-owned companies participate in the program?

No. The company must be 100% Tunisian, with 100% Tunisian capital and registered in the National Register of Companies.

In the financial information field, I do not understand what is meant by "Assets" and "Liabilities".

“Assets” and “Liabilities” are items directly linked to the day-to-day operation of the business (inventories, trade receivables, cash). In order to complete this table, please refer to your balance sheet or your company's financial statements.

My company is not on the list of polluting institutions and it does not have an environmental impact study.

Some sectors are subject to the National Agency of Environmental Protection (ANPE/Agence Nationale de Protection de L'Environnement) certification. Please attach a proof if your sector is not concerned by the environmental impact study.

In the field of legal status, there is no option for individual, there is only SARL / SA / SURAL / SMSA. Are organizations of individual eligible for this grant?

If you are a company, please select the legal status and company in the “ownership” If the legal entity is an individual, skip the legal status tab and select “sole ownership”

The negative form used in the questions leads to confusion, and the answer can be yes or no depending on the interpretation.

Some questions are asked in the negative form. Please answer with "Yes" if you confirm and with "No" if you don't confirm the statement.
